I'll let Gary answer that one.

Registration is up on Motorsportsreg!

Will there be group lodging rates at a nearby hotel?  Also, where can we download the tech inspection/helmet/medical forms?

And can we get proof of purchase that there will be sun that weekend?  Grin

The event hotel for Grattan will be the same as last year:
Holiday Inn Express-GR Airport
5401 28th St CT SE (I-96 and 28th St Exit)
Grand Rapids, MI
616-940-8100  ask for "Motorcity BMW" room block

There are a number of other hotels as well as restaurants at this exit as well as a Meijer's forbthsoe last minute incidentals.

I am investigating having a dinner/barbecue at the hotel the Saturday night of the GRattan HPDE weekend. The hotel will let us use the back parking lot, with the ajoining volleyball and basketball courts. The cost would be $20.00 per person.

Looking for any feedback.

If I read the track rules correctly, and forgive me I am a newbie to all this, I cannot take my z3 to the track because it is a convertible and does not have a B pillar?  I do have roll bars behind each seat though...but does not seem to be enough.  Right?

That is correct, the factory roll hoops are not enough.
