SUMMARY:Cars & Coffee at BMW of Ann Arbor on August 29
DESCRIPTION:Please join us at our first Cars & Coffee of the year\, on Saturday\, August 29\, from 8:30 to 10:00 am\, at BMW of Ann Arbor\, 501 Auto Mall Dr\, Ann Arbor\, MI 48103. BMW of Ann Arbor has graciously offered to host this C&C and also to give us a demonstration track tech inspection in advance of our drivers school at Grattan Raceway on September 18-20. And yes\, there really will be great coffee! \n\n\n\nWe want our drivers schools to be safe\, so we require that all students have a licensed mechanic inspect their cars before attending a drivers school. The required tech inspection form is available on our website\, HERE. If you’re interested in what goes into a tech inspection from the mechanic’s point of view\, this is your chance to see a BMW of Ann Arbor technician perform a tech inspection. It will give you a great idea of the things a mechanic looks at to help keep you safe at the track. \n\n\n\nAnd of course you can check out both the great inventory at BMW of Ann Arbor and the cars your fellow members bring—and just get out and enjoy a little time together with your Motor City Chapter friends. \n\n\n\nWe also want you to be safe at this get-together\, so we’re limiting participation to 40 attendees in order that that we can maintain social distancing. And\, yes\, a mask or other facial covering will be required (except while sipping your coffee!).
