SUMMARY:Annual Members Meeting
DESCRIPTION:We’ve rescheduled our annual members meeting for Wednesday\, March 24\, at 7:30 pm\, via Zoom. This is the meeting we usually hold at the holiday dinner in December\, where members vote for the election of directors and other business. In addition to the election of directors\, described below\, we’ll have a presentation from Mark Anderson of Hagerty\, who will talk about Hagerty’s insurance for newer vehicles\, its track insurance product\, and the Hagerty Drivers Club. Please join us. We have two director seats up for election this year. Those seats are currently held by Conrad Nagelin and Randy Perry. (Jeff Jones\, Mo Beidoun\, and Noel Mack have just completed the first year of a two-year term\, and their seats will be up for election at the end of this year.) Both Conrad and Randy are running again and ask for your vote. Besides the election of directors\, there aren’t any other issues to be presented to the membership at the meeting. Only members who attend the annual meeting via Zoom or by sending in a proxy can vote. In the past\, we’ve sent proxies to every member\, but we typically received very few back.
